Cordova Inn and Expansion

On behalf of WWG client New Hotel Collection, Jake Wollman negotiated the purchase of the historic Cordova Inn as an off-market transaction in 2021 and two adjacent parcels. This allowed the Cordova Inn to begin a 6-story, 72 room addition that is currently under construction as of 2025.

WWG recapitalizing the historic Church with a sale to The DeNunzio Group, achieving the first Public Private Partnership with the City of St. Pete in 30 years for 300 parking spaces. This deal will facilitiate The DeNunzio Group as they plan to build a 30-story mixed use building that will include a Hotel, Multi-Family, Office, Fitness, Parking and Retail/Restaurant.
Sundial

WWG sold Sundial, widely known as the most significant retail shopping center in Downtown St. Pete, to Mike Connor of Paradise Ventures in February, 2022. Sundial is currently under renovation to showcase multimillion dollar improvements including building a new courtyard bar.
