Jon Wittner

Jon Wittner is a seasoned realtor and accomplished developer with a career spanning decades in commercial, residential, and development-focused real estate. As the cofounder of the Wittner Wollman Group, Jon has cultivated a team of 12 specialists excelling in Commercial, Development Services, and Residential real estate. In their first year, the group achieved remarkable success, finishing as the #1 team in KW St. Pete with $110.3 million in closed sales.

Wittner founded the Commercial division of the Keller Williams for the Kevin Chadwick Group - the largest Keller Williams franchisee in the Southeast U.S- in 2012. Before joining Keller

Williams, he built an $85 million listing portfolio with Grimaldi Commercial Realty, Inc. Since 2014, Jon has focused on development-related brokerage, sourcing prime off-market tower sites in Downtown St. Petersburg. He has represented high-profile clients in setting record-breaking comps throughout Tampa such as Hyde Park and in St. Pete at Mirror Lake, 4th Street North and St. Pete’s Innovation District.

Jon is actively involved with KW St. Pete’s Agent Leadership Council, St. Petersburg Developer’s Council, St. Pete Downtown Partnership, and serves as a board member for the St. Pete Arts Alliance. His past affiliations include the St. Pete Economic Development Corporation, CCIM, and The Tampa Connection.

Jon's recent career highlights include: the sale of SunDial ($20+ million), earning the master listing and development consulting on Reflection Condominium ($100 million gross sales), the sale of The Factory in 2024, and a key role in the first Public-Private Partnership with the City of St. Petersburg in 30 years that will facilitate a 29-story mixed-use project.

Early in his career, he played a pivotal role in the development of seven medical office buildings ranging from 40,000 to 75,000 square feet. His ability to cultivate key relationships with Humana, Columbia, and HCA led to the completion of four successful projects. Jon’s work with

Black Diamond Ranch showcased his expertise in development and pricing strategies, where he also stood out as the top sales associate for three years. His partnership with Hawk Development, LLC, resulted in successful land speculation projects in Tampa, while his leadership at Strategic Development, LLC, spearheaded multiple high-profile ventures, including retail, fueling, and car wash properties, as well as major retail developments in Wesley Chapel and Land O’ Lakes. Additionally, he directed the development of convenience stores through Peregrine Development in Riverview and Wesley Chapel.
